Google Translate with Picture
With the new update of Google Translate for Android devices, it is now possible to directly translate the text from the image. So if you have for example a menu in Russian, simply take a picture of it, marks the relevant field and voilà: the translation is displayed.
The whole thing is of course still free and is available for download.
